The South East Florida Apartment Association (SEFAA) is a non-profit trade association representing developers, owners, managers and suppliers of apartment communities throughout South Florida, including Palm Beach, Broward, Dade and Monroe Counties. Our mission is to serve the apartment industry by providing quality education, career advancement, legislative support, timely information, professional networking, volunteer leadership development and participation in the state and national associations. SEFAA is a recognized affiliate with both the Florida Apartment Association (FAA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). Members of SEFAA are also members of FAA and NAA.
