Leasing Consultant, Pinnacle
As a Leasing Consultant, you manage your own success by attaining leasing goals, such as occupancy and rent growth, and by building rapport with people.
  • Generate interest in the community by touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community and beautiful grounds.
  • Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the community and the lifestyle available Pinnacle apartment home.
  • Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks.
  • Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
  • Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
  • You will also use your attention to detail, planning and organizing skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home rentals.

Groundskeeper, Ascend Properties
The Groundskeeper/Porter is a valuable member to the on-site management team. Depending on the size and age of the property, the position consists of a variety of duties.
  • Keep property, management office, and landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up any trash, debris or feces littering the grounds. This includes the perimeter of the property which can include public property in front of the community.
  • Keep mailrooms clean--pick up trash, sweep floors, remove dated notices from bulletin boards, etc.
  • Replace light bulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
  • Replace all first floor window screens upon request.
  • Assist with apartment make-readies as requested--trash vacant units, caulk, check appliances and smoke detector, replace parts, etc.
  • Clean air conditioning vents and replace filter in all vacant apartments.
  • Install, move and hook up appliances.
  • Replace air filters as scheduled for all occupied apartments.
  • Clean pool area--hose down area, pick up trash, straighten chairs, etc.
  • Perform light painting duties as directed.
  • Assist the Business Manager, Assistant Manager, Service Technician, or Assistant Service Technician as requested.


  • The groundskeeper/porter must arrange their daily schedule so the management offices are in order and any litter or debris is cleaned up every morning, to be completed no later than 9:00 a.m. of each business day.
  • Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to climb stairs on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to live on site.
  • Must have a current, valid driver's license.
  • Must be able be available to assist with after hours emergency situations.

Maintenance Assistant/Supervisor, Pinnacle
The Maintenance Assistant is accountable for delivering expedited service, residential satisfaction, and personal attention for all 768 apartments.
  • Has knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry skills, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
  • Reports any maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas, to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance Director.
  • Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude.
  • Delivers superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Maintains and safeguards all company tools and equipment.

Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The responsibilities listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

Qualifications: High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; E.G. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 3 years related experience and/or training.
